Account Settings

This section is dedicated to listing all configuring your account settings. There are a few settings that you can edit to allign your business needs.

Service Schedule:

You can click on the time slot below to activate/deactivate working hours. Received calls will be regulated based on the amount of your logged and available users. To manually define them you must turn off the Auto-availability option and define the amount of simultaneous calls you want for each time slot.

You may also add day exceptions to your working hours such as bank holidays.

Outcomes:

In this section, you can manage your session results to qualify your leads. You may do so by creating lead results manager where you can add any result for the following categories:

  1. Sale
  2. No Sale
  3. Invalid

Phone numbers Black List:

In this section, you can which calls to take by filling in the phone numbers you wish to prevent from contacting your organization. You may do so by adding them individually or importing a CSV file for larger lists.

Forbidden Words Filter:

This section is specific to Engage, and allows you to filter out any inappropriate or rude words that you don’t want the presenter to receive during the broadcast. You may do so by adding them individually or importing a CSV file for larger lists.
