Chatbots are a great way to answer web visitors’ most frequent questions and help transform them into paying customers. 

Problem

If customers are engaged and ready to buy but then are faced with the challenge of adding the product to their shopping cart, most likely they will decide to go to a competitor or not to buy it at all. In order to increase conversion rates the ‘add to cart’ process needs to be simple and smooth.

Solution

That’s why we have now created a new chatbot integration so that customers can add products directly to their shopping cart. Reducing the steps in the ‘add to cart’ process can have a positive impact on conversion rates.
