How to re-schedule a contact

This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Agent Desktop’.

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

If you need to reschedule a call/contact while on a session click on”Book a Call” at the top left and from the new dialog box select a date and time for you to contact your customer again.

Remember to use this feature once you have already said goodbye to your customer because as soon as you finish booking the call and click End Session the call will be dropped.
