Before you can start using the Whisbi Agent iOS app you need to make sure that you have download the Agent iOS app and have a successful login to log in to the Agent iOS app.

Download the Agent iOS app

The Agent iOS app is available in the Apple App Store.

Account

To be able to log in to the Agent iOS app it is necessary to have an account created through Whisbi. Either talk with your manager or with the Whisbi support team by writing an email to support@whisbi.com

Recover your password

1. Open the Agent iOS app and click on ‘SIGN IN’
2. Click on ‘Forget your password?’ below the password field.
3. A web-view will open a page with ‘Forget your password?’ as a title.
4. Fill in your email address
5. Click on ‘Set a new password’
6. An email will be sent to your email address
7. Open the email and click on the link to recover your password
8. If you did not receive the email with the recovery link, please check your spam box or contact our support team.

Frequently asked questions

  • Question: I have an account that I use for the Whisbi Agent/Desktop in Chrome. Can I login to the Agent iOS app with the same account?
    Answer: Yes, you can use the same account to login to the Agent iOS app
  • Question: I don’t have a login for Whisbi. What should I do?
    Answer: Talk to your manager or with the Whisbi support team (support@whisbi.com) to create a new account.
  • Question: I have an account for ‘Broadcast by Whisbi’. Can I login to the Agent iOS app with the same account?
    Answer: Talk to your manager or with the Whisbi support team (support@whisbi.com) to verify if your account is set up for the Broadcast and the Agent experience.

Logging in

1. Go to the App Store on an iOS-device
2. Search for ‘Whisbi Agent iOS’ and click on the Agent iOS app
3. Click on ‘download’ to start downloading the Agent iOS app
4. Open the ‘Agent iOS’ app from your home screen
5. Click on ‘SIGN IN’ to proceed:

6. Fill in your agent email and click on ‘NEXT’:

7. Fill in your password and click on ‘CONNECT’:

8. Once the details are filled in successfully the Agent iOS app will open the agent interface.

Logging out

1. You are logged in when you the account name on the top left corner. Click on the name to start logging out.

2. In the profile view you have the possibility to choose between team configurations and logging out. Choose ‘Log Out’ to log out from the Agent iOS app.
