Data capture

Context

In the sales process, there is a lot of data that is processed by the agent and gathered from the customer. Often the client data happens with a database connection, through the agents’ notes or through a custom script where certain data points get captured by the agent to qualify and store lead data.

Problem

Due to enterprise security measurements, Whisbi is often not able to connect with a customers database. Notes are a great way for agents to write personal notes that they can store, but not to share it with other agents.

Solution

The Whisbi Agent supports linking to a customer file and script so that the agent can view customers data and add/edit data points on important steps in the sales process.

The ‘Data Capture’ tab is easily accessible through the tab bar on the bottom of the app.
