One-to-One: Session

Events that trigger when the customer is inside a One-to-One session

otoSessionStarted function A One-to-One session has started, so the customer and the agent can communicate with each other Location: One-to-One Session
Triggered: When both agent and customer are in the room
Returns: lead, name, phone, email, extra, kpiGuid
otoMessageSent function The customer sends a message to the agent through the One-to-One chat. Location: One-to-One session Optional
otoCallTransferred function The call has been transferred to another agent so the customer reaches the transfer call screen Location: One-to-One Session
Triggered: Agent A transfers a call to agent B
