How to change your password
This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Agent Desktop’.
Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.
Navigate to https://account.whisbi.com and log in to your account. Once logged in, click on the little arrow pointing down, right next to your name in the top right corner and click “Profile Settings”.
Click on the “Privacy and Security” and click on “Edit” (top right corner) and you’ll be able to enter your old password and the new password.
Once you have finished, click on “Save” and you’re ready to go.
