Recover your password

This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Agent Desktop’.

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

If you forget your password you can always recover it yourself. All you have to do is go back to the log in page through https://account.whisbi.com and select the link that says “Forgot your password?”:

In the recovery section enter your email address and select “Set a new password

After clicking it you will be notified that a link will be sent to your inbox.

Soon after you’ll receive a link in your email that will take you to the recovery password page where a new password can be generated:

The password should be at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.

Once you click “Save Password” your password is updated.
