Using the PIN

Using the PIN

When you receive a Whisbi phone call, you will hear a PIN number which you will have to type in the text box right above your profile picture and then tap on the send icon(A paper airplane icon) or the send button on your keyboard to start a new session:

example: “Whisbi PIN: 5-6-2-7-4”

This also works for PIN only sessions. In this scenario, you will have to guide your customer to get the PIN either from the PIN box located in your company’s website or from the webpage:
