How to set your availability

When you first log into the Whisbi App your status will be Available by default.

For break times or other back office tasks, you can set your status as Busy by toggling the availability button to “Do not Disturb“.

When you log in, it’s important to note that you’ll be available to all the teams that your user has access to. If you need to disconnect from one or more teams, simply do the following:

iOS: Tap on the title bar at the top of the screen and you will be directed to the “Choose a team” screen where you will see all your teams and a toggle on the right side.

Android: Reveal the side bar by sliding your finger from the left edge to right or tapping on the menu button (☰) found at the top left corner. There you will see the teams you have access to and a check box to uncheck the ones you don’t need.
