How to test your connection

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

Before starting a session, you can test your connection to check if all the features will run as expected.

From the Whisbi app settings, you can run the Connectivity Test that verifies the main points of Whisbi over your current connection.

The results of this test are compared with the recommended values to tell you how the different features will work in a next session.

If one or more values are below the expected, you will find some advice on how to improve them in this Help Center article.
