When you have the Whisbi app installed and you open it, the app will request your approval for a series of permissions to the following device features:
- Access to photos, media and files on your device: Required to share files from your mobile device to your customers during a One to One or One to Many session.
- Make and manage phone calls: Required to detect ongoing calls and display a floating button to return to the Whisbi app.
- Record audio: Required for One to Many sessions.
- Take pictures and record video: Required to share files from your mobile device to your customers during a One to One or One to Many session, video streaming during a Video Walk and One to Many Sessions.
On iOS devices you’ll be prompted when the application wants to use any of those features.

While on Android devices you’ll be prompted for all of them at once as soon as you open the application:

Additionally, you will be asked to allow applications to draw over the others. This is required only on the Android devices, for the scenario, in which you are logged in, receceive a call, the Whisbi app recognizes you’re on a call and it displays a floating button that will take you from the phone application back to the Whisbi app.
