How to do a Video Walk

Video Walk allows you to show products or places using the camera of your Smartphone or Tablet. You can also stream images from an IP camera.

To use it simply tap on the “Video Walk” button located in the middle of the screen or using the button at the top from the Media Gallery screen.

The orientation of the camera will depend on how it was configured on the settings of the Whisbi App. See this article for more information.

Video Walk – iOS // Video Walk – Android

To stop sharing the Video Walk you can either move to the Media Gallery using the button at the top left of the screen or you can stop all media sharing by:

iOS: tap on the camera switch button and then “Stop sharing

Android: Tap on the three dots button  at the top right of the screen and the “Stop sharing

If you need help to add new cameras to your Json file for your device, send your current Json file to, with the Name, IP and Group to add the new camera to.

The file is located in the Root folder of your Android device. Or you can get it from the Whisbi app’s data using iTunes.
