How to re-schedule a contact

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

If you need to reschedule a call while on a session tap and hold the END button and slide towards the calendar’s icon. This will bring the schedule assistant for you to choose date and time for the new call.

Remember to use this feature once you have already said goodbye to your customer because as soon as you finish booking the call and click End Session the call will be dropped.
