How to use the Chat

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

You can interact with your customers using the chat at any time.

On Android devices, you will see a speech balloon across the different screens of the Whisbi app which also lets you see a preview of the new messages you receive when you’re not in the Chat screen. A counter will also show you the number of new messages that are yet to be read.

On iOS devices, you will have on the navigation bar on the bottom right the chat icon that will show a counter of unread messages when you’re not focused on the chat screen.

From the Chat screen you can send and receive text messages but also, tapping on the + symbol you can also send files from the Whisbi Library, your device’s library or you can take a picture using your device’s camera. Note that the maximum size allowed for these files is 10 megabytes.
