Sharing options

This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Agent Desktop’.

Click here or navigate to the ‘Agent Desktop‘ section in the navigation bar of the Help Center.

Once the One-to-One session starts,you will see the following:

No media is shared – Android // No media is shared – iOS

This is your starting point to share the content you want to with your customer throughout the session.
You can either:

  • Use the Whisbi Media Gallery to show Videos, Images or presentations that are present on the Whisbi gallery or on your device

  • Do a VideoWalk, which lets you use the device’s camera or IP Fixed cameras to show your customers products that are in a dedicated area, such as a Showroom.

  • Chat with your customers and send direct files for them to download. Note that the maximum size allowed for these files is 10 megabytes.

During a session you can also move from the mobile device to a desktop computer or laptop to use the big screen of Whisbi Desktop on the browser.

You can end the session at any given moment, either with the END button or rescheduling the interaction for another date & time.
