Why doesn’t my camera turn on automatically?

For the camera to work you need to previously have enabled the permission on the Chrome browser. To do so there are two ways:
A. Before a session: Go to https://desktop.whisbi.com and from the left side of the Chrome omnibox (URL bar) click the lock icon and from the drop down menu enable the camera access.
B. During a session: The Whisbi Desktop will try to use the camera. If the permission in Chrome wasn’t granted beforehand you’ll see a camera icon on the right side of the Chrome URL bar . Click the icon and then select the option to enable the camera access to the website.
Due to OS limitations your camera may not turn on correctly if it’s being used by another program or application. It may even be “busy” if the proprietary camera software is using the camera at the moment.
