How to do a Video Walk

Video Walk allows you to have mobility to continue your One-to-One session from a Smartphone, Tablet or IP camera. It’s very useful when you want to step away from your computer and show a product that is located in a dedicated area (such as a showroom). To use it you will need a compatible device running the latest version of the Whisbi Showroom App available for devices with Android 4.0 and above. You can get it from the Google Play Store.

There are two ways to pair your device. The first is to do so before a session has started. The second is while you’re in the middle of a session.

Before a session: 

From the Whisbi Desktop waiting interface you will have a QR code. Open the Whisbi Showroom app and scan the QR code displayed on the browser.

While in Session:

Select Video Walk from the Sharing options picker which will show the QR code that you need to scan in order to sync your mobile camera with the session.

Once you paired the device you can now press the green floating button to start using the Video Walk 

 In devices running Android until the version 6.0 Marshmallow, the camera on the agent side may be shown some jumps in the images. This doesn’t affect your client’s experience.
