How to share a running application
This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Agent Desktop’.
Click here or navigate to ‘Agent Desktop‘ in the navigation bar of the Help Center.
To share a running application, open the Sharing options picker and select the correct option.
If you haven’t installed the Whisbi Process Module yet you will see the following message with the link to download the installer. You can also get it from here.
Once installed you can select the application window you want to show.
You only need to click once on the desired application and it will be shared. However, it is very important that the window you are sharing is brought to the front and no other window is blocking it. If not, the application will not be shared.
