Click here or navigate to ‘Agent Desktop‘ in the navigation bar of the Help Center.
Once the One-to-One session starts, you will see the following:
1 – On the upper left corner you’ll see the area for webcam sharing. Verify that the light over the image is green.
if the image does not load instantly use the “Pause”and then“Play” that is visible when hovering over your picture. Looking at the camera when you speak, instead of at the screen, will make your customer feel more comfortable.
2 – Under the webcam area you will see the chat tool from which you’ll be able to exchange instant messages, share links and email addresses, or any other information. From this area, you can also share files directly for your customer to download. Note that the maximum size allowed for these files is 10 megabytes.
If you enable Chrome Desktop notifications you will be notified when new chat messages are received.
3 – On the main menu, located next to the chat box, you’ll find a series of ways you can share information with the customer: Pre-loaded presentations/images, web pages, running applications, cameras, etc.
4 – The big area on the right is where the media from Media Gallery will be visible from your side.
