Essentials:
- You have to be able to modify your CTI in order to send data to our endpoint (via HTTP)
- Whisbi will provide an integration ID (integration_id) to establish a safe and unique connection with the Whisbi servers.
- We will need to match your CTI login account with the Whisbi login, so you need to provide a list of your agents so we can add the configuration to the endpoint on our side.
