Whisbi uses various technologies, including cloud computing, the public telephone network (known as PSTN) and smart devices.
The user makes a request which is processed on the Whisbi servers. The servers are capable to connect the user and the agent via the Internet and PSTN simultaneously to keep both data and voice channels synced.
Whisbi is not a Peer to Peer solution
Communications between user and customer go through Whisbi.
Both parties connect via public Whisbi servers (like any other web page).
