Telephony (PSTN integration)

Telephony integration in Whisbi is available in the following ways:

  1. Click to Call
It allows the customer to enter their phone number and click a button to request a callback. The flow is like the traditional click-to-call systems: the phone number is sent to the Whisbi system. The system calls the customer and the agent to put them in touch.
  2. Inbound Call
It allows the customer to dial a phone number. They will call the Whisbi system without having to introduce their phone number. The customer-facing number can be adapted to be local-rate or toll-free if needed.
  3. Inbound Call on mobile
It allows the customers to call the Whisbi system with just one click. They don’t need to type the phone number. The customer-facing number can be adapted to be local-rate or toll-free if needed.

Telephony can be integrated to work with a call center exchange, or with direct dial numbers (also known as DID or DDI).
