This documentation is deprecated and is replaced by the update of the ‘Broadcast by Whisbi’ app.
Click here for iOS and here for Android, or navigate to ‘Broadcast by Whisbi‘ in the navigation bar of the Help Center.
As soon as you access and are signed in to the Whisbi App you’ll be prompted to select the call center you are working in. In the case your company has only one you will not see this message.


After that you’ll be presented with the default tab for the One-To-One service and you’ll be switched to “available” automatically. Since we’re focusing on One-To-Many for this session we will switch the One-to-One to “Do not Disturb” by tapping on the availability button as shown below:
Now simply move to the One-To-Many tab.
Here you will see the available Channels from where you will broadcast your session.
Bear in mind that as soon as you click on a Channel your camera will turn on for you to get yourself ready. You’re not broadcasting yet, but the Whisbi One-to-Many widget on your website, if present, may show up with the following message:
