Reports overview

Whisbi Deck offers an in-depth reporting tool to analyze every aspect of your campaign performance.

As soon as you land on Whisbi Deck and click on “Reports” you will be presented with a Reports overview

On this page you can filter by time period (with the buttons on the top right corner) to see the two blocks of information:

The Timeline displays day by day the following:

  • Leads: All the requests that have a valid phone number or chat requests that have been opened successfully.
  • Sales: All the Leads that are categorized in the Sale category at the end of a session.
  • Conversion rate: The conversion rate gives you an idea of how well your campaign is selling by dividing the number of sales by the number of leads

Additionally you will have a detailed log of:

  • Date: Referenced day for the data in the same row
  • Visitors: The number of times the button has been clicked to open the contact form (Landing or Lightbox) from where your web visitors can request Video Chats or Video Calls. Inbound requests are also considered for this metric
  • Leads: All the requests that have a valid phone number or chat requests that have been opened successfully.
  • Valid Leads: A lead is considered valid when an agent has finished a session and has categorized the call as either No Sale or Sale.
  • % Valid leads: This measures the percentage of Leads that are valid divided by the number of total leads.
  • Sales: All the leads that have been categorized as Sales.
  • Conversion rate: The conversion rate gives you an idea of how well your campaign is selling by dividing the number of sales by the number of leads
  • Satisfaction: At the end of your Whisbi sessions a survey will be shown. This will allow your customers to rate the experience.
On this section a rating average given during the period of time selected and for the KPIs filtered will be shown.

This log can be downloaded either to an Excel or PDF file.

You also have three graphs that present you with the following information:

Lead Type will show you the percentage of Valid and Invalid leads as well as the ongoing ones.

The green graph in the middle shows the percentage of Sales versus No Sales (taking the Valid leads as a base).

You can also see the Top 5 reasons for the No sale or Invalid Leads. The drop down menu allows you to see Invalid Leads and No sales separately as shown below.

For either No sales or Invalid Leads you will see on the right side the number of total Leads on that category.
The percentage shown represents the rest of the leads that have been closed in other categories not shown in the Top 5 reasons.
