Agent Chrome and Agent by Whisbi mobile app synchronization

Context:

A great advantage of using cross-platform software based on the cloud or SaaS is access to services on almost any device, at any time, as long as you have Internet access. This ensures the instant availability of services and information anytime, anywhere, ultimately increasing productivity and efficiency.

Problem:

The agent would like to continue the session with the customer on another device to take full advantage of device capabilities, e.g. it is more convenient to receive requests on desktop but it handy to switch to a mobile device to perform the showroom video session.

Solution:

Chrome agent and mobile agent are fully synchronized. You can switch from one device to another at any time, also during the session with the customer. This way, you can receive a request in Agent Chrome, present the Showroom in the Agent by Whisbi mobile app, and set the results of your session on any device.

How does it work?

  1. Log in to Agent by Whisbi app
  2. Log in to Agent Chrome
  3. Take a request and start a session in Agent Chrome
  4. Switch to Agent by Whisbi mobile app when you want by opening the app and clicking the “Continue here” button.
  5. Click on ‘Share Showroom’ or use another mobile function. 
  6. Preview your showroom from the below view and click ‘Share Showroom’ when you are ready to start sharing
  7. The below view is the share showroom view that the customer will see. From here you can also stop sharing.
  8. When clicking ‘Stop Share Showroom’ you will be asked for confirmation
  9. Set results and close the session.
  10. Switch to Agent Chrome and take another request.
