As more brands look to target customers on the move, SMS is becoming an increasingly essential part of effective multi-channel. Communication is key to building any long-term relationship. SMS messages can be of great benefit when building on these relationships. The SMS message is an easy, fast and reliable way to communicate with all of your customers.

Problem

Potential prospects often are going through many interactions with a Sale Agent before the sale process is completed. There is a need to have an option to contact potential customers apart from these interactions to keep them informed about certain events occurring within the sales process.

Solution:

Whisbi offers a configuration service that allows scheduling an SMS that would be sent automatically after a certain event occurs within the sales process. The SMS message may include data provided by the prospect during the guiding phase (chatbot).

When the configuration is completed then the SMS will be sent every time when the selected event occurs and the defined amount of time passed since the event occurred.

Limitations:

  • The SMS content may include a maximum of 160 characters including variables. When the defined max length is exceeded then the SMS will not be sent.
  • The chatbot variables are supported when there is no more than one conversation defined for the campaign
