Share showroom – Agent Android

Show products and offers via live video, using a smartphone camera or other digital cameras 


Customers don’t have a lot of time to go to the store or to do their own research on products and services they want or need. Customers also want to know how the product or service works and looks like to get a good impression of a product or before buying. Agents sell better when they can talk about the features and details while showing the product.  


The “Share Showroom” feature changed the workflow for many agents since both agents and devices are spread out.

This feature is intended for mobile applications only usage, meaning that if the Agents want to share the video, they should ideally do so by starting the session straight from their mobile devices, using the respective mobile application, in this case Agent Android.


Sharing the showroom has never been easier in the Agent Android app since we built the “Share Showroom” functionality native in the app. One-click sharing through the same device.

How to start sharing the showroom?

  • Log in to the Agent by Whisbi on Android
  • Start a Session with the customer
  • While in an active session with a customer, click on “Share Showroom”:
  • Preview your showroom from the below view (note that you are not sharing anything yet at this moment) and click “Share Showroom” when you are ready to start sharing: 
  • The below view is the sharing showroom view that the customer will see. From here you can also stop sharing the showroom, by clicking on the “Stop Share Showroom” button below: 
  • Note that you have 3 options while sharing the Showroom:
    1. Sharing from any external camera you have configured for your Whisbi app by clicking on “External cameras” icon below. For more information on this feature please refer to: Using external cameras page.
    2. Change between sharing from front(selfie) and back(main) camera by clicking on “Switch camera” icon below.
    3. You can choose between sharing in Portrait or Landscape, but be sure to inform your client on this decision.
      • This happens automatically by turning your phone in respective mode. Please be sure you don’t have your device locked for changing orientation.
  • When clicking “Stop Share Showroom” you will be asked for confirmation before finally your video stops:
