Trend & KPI Charts

The Trend & KPI Charts section of the Engage Dashboard show specific metrics to understand further how your accounts are performing. There are five Engage charts to consider:

Trend Charts: Trend charts shows the trend for the number of viewers, engaged viewers, active viewers, and likes over time. This Chart can also be displayed by day, weekday, and on an hourly basis.

Questions Chart: This chart shows the number of all-time questions asked by viewers for all broadcasts during the time period selected.

Average Viewing Time Chart: This chart shows the average viewing time for all broadcasts during the time period selected.

Viewers by Session Chart: This chart shows the number of viewers for each individual broadcast during the time period selected.

Total Broadcast Duration Chart: The total amount of time broadcasted during the time period selected.
