Schedule (Book a call by Customer)

Asterisk Status:

  • Lead appears in the Requests tab. The agent clicks on the lead
  • The call is received by the customer
  • The call is recevied by the agent and they can talk to each other.
  • On the Agent UI side, we receive bridging status
  • For a moment it looks as it is calling again because we can listen to the waiting locution
  • After a while, it fails and displays “Customer did not answer the call”
  • If neither of agent or customer hung up the call, is not hung up for the other person automatically
